This is the Academy's Instructor Record. It is the cover page Missouri POST expects on file for every person who instructs a course here, and it is the same form you would otherwise fill in on paper — filling it in here saves you printing and scanning it.

You do not need an account or a password. Fill it in, submit it, and it goes to Academy staff for review. Nothing is added to Academy records until a staff member reviews and verifies what you have sent.

Qualifying certificates. The record has to be supported by copies of the certificates, licenses and training records that qualify you to teach the course. There is nowhere to attach files here, so please email copies to [email protected] with your name in the subject line.
